Drop-off at Ulu River Lodge at 5.30pm

Mornings begin with amateur spelunking within dark depths in Gua Tempurung, including wading, crawling, and encounters with staring rocks. Surface into sunlight for self-prepared lunches and snacks before qualified guides, certified with the International Rafting Federation, brief beginners on proper raft etiquette and life skills. Paddling power on Sungai Kampar may vary depending on water levels and Mother Nature’s mood, and participants are encouraged to invest an additional RM15 for insurance. Rafters should bring a change of clothes, footwear, towels and sunscreen for the adventure and should also avoid carrying valuables like watches, jewellery, and cats.
